Accident  Victim Assistance was founded by a group of members who recognized the need for a nonprofit organization dedicated to provide assistance to innocent accident victims and families.  We are a nonprofit organization and specialize in offering support to individuals affected by serious accidents, providing information about resources available for online grief support groups, nonprofit organizations funeral assistance programs and by providing free legal consultations to connect accident victim survivors and families with experienced lawyers from a list of National Trial Law Firms.

Our members have deep wealth of knowledge, because we have been there and we want to share what we’ve learned to guide you through the step to follow as soon as possible after an accident. Rooted in our collective accidents experiences, we provide advice and support that can help you navigate this disorienting time. Our Victims Outreach Program goal is to get information and immediate resources to people affected by a serious accident as quickly as possible after the accident, when they need it the most. Accident Victim Assistance has proudly and successfully helped hundreds of innocent accident victims and families for over two decades.
